Kris started teaching pistol, rifle, and shotgun classes in 2008, and founded Bullseye Nevada in 2009. Since then he's managed a team of instructors with civilian, military and police backgrounds who teach everything from trauma medicine to long range precision rifle.
Kris holds certifications from Front Sight, SEALFit Academy, Haley Strategic, Team Three Tactical, TSG Ed Santos low light combatives, and HITT Industries Tactical Medicine. He is also an NRA Handgun Instructor and a State of Nevada Certified CCW instructor. Kris holds a 1911 armorers certification from John Jardine (pistolsmith guild), and a Glock armorer certification from Glock Professional.
Josh is a Deputy Sheriff in California with 10 years’ experience. He worked in patrol, OHV patrol, narcotics, and grant writing. He was also a law enforcement firearms instructor and armorer, and is a California POST-certified rifle instructor, Glock armorer, and Sig Sauer armorer. Josh has been active in the competitive shooting sports for over five years, attending hundreds of local, state and nationals matches with respectable finishes. In 2014, Josh was the Idaho State Section USPSA Limited 10 Champion.
Brett Black is an active duty Marine. In 2014, he deployed as an automatic rifleman in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, where he was awarded the Combat Action Ribbon. Upon his return, he attended the Marine Corps Combat Instructor school where he was certified to teach marksmanship with the M4 and service pistol, tactics, CQB, and ballistics. He attended the Foreign Weapons Instructor Course and the Marine Corps Combat Marksmanship Coach course. Brett is currently stationed at the Mountain Warfare Training Center as an instructor.
Ira did two tours in Iraq as a Marine Staff Sergeant and crew served weapons instructor. He is a NRA pistol instructor with SWAT certification from Fox Valley Technical College and active shooter response training from Alice Institute. Ira is an active law enforcement officer, Field Training Officer, Range Officer, and Department Firearms Instructor.
Matt Willette is US Army veteran with ten years of law enforcement experience and ten years in the private defense market. He served in a variety of leadership assignments including SWAT, Narcotics, Gang Investigations, FTO, and is a current sworn reserve police sergeant. Matt is an Advanced Level EMT, Tactical Combat Casualty Care Instructor, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Saver Instructor, and Tactical Life-Saver Instructor. He is also a Tactical Handgun Instructor, Sig Sauer Armorer, Specialized and Forced Entry Breaching Instructor, Live Fire Shoot house Instructor, and FBI trained Long Range Precision instructor.
Cara is a Bullseye Nevada trained handgun instructor who completed pistol training with Team 3 Tactical, instructor certification with the NRA, and Tactical Medical training with HITT industries. She is a certified Glock Armorer. Cara specializes in teaching new shooters.
Connor joined the Marine Corps in 2009 as a light armored reconnaissance scout. He deployed to the Philippines twice as part of the Special Operations Group for 3rd Marine Expeditionary Force, where he trained Filipino forces in the fight against Abu Sayyaf and ISIS. In 2015 he transferred to 1st Bn 7Th Marines and deployed to Iraq as a squad leader in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Connor is currently stationed at the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center where he instructs in Mountain warfare tactics. He advises platoon and company commanders on defensive and offensive mountain warfare, and teaches machine gun, carbine and pistol day and nighttime engagement tactics. He is also an expert qualified rifle shooter.
Danielle is a special education teacher with than ten years of class room experience, and a handgun instructor with more than 100 hours of defensive pistol training. She's also completed CPR and first aid training, holds a Nevada CCW, and a Tactical Medical certificate from HITT industries.
